We specialize in custom packaging materials and print-on-demand products made specifically for your order. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


Processing Time

All orders are custom-made after purchase.
Production and processing usually take 2–5 business days depending on the product type, design complexity, and order quantity. Print-on-demand businesses commonly require several business days for production before shipping.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Time

After production is completed, shipping usually takes:

  • 5–10 business days for standard delivery
  • 2–5 business days for express shipping (if available)

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier delays
  • Peak seasons or holidays
  • Customs clearance for international orders

Some POD providers also estimate economy shipping within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Charges

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery
